Chris Risley - Chief Executive Officer
Chris has over 20 years of software business experience during which he has led four start-ups resulting in one IPO and three sales to public companies. Most recently, Risley was the CEO of Nominum, Inc., an IP name and address software company.
Risley's background also includes service as CEO of NewChannel, an e-business service provider and as Chairman and CEO of ON Technology Corp., a network software provider. Risley led ON Technology's IPO in 1995, and within the next year, the company was listed as the 36th Fastest Growing Public Companies by INC 100. In addition, under Risley's leadership, ON's revenues grew by 2,700 percent over the next five years. Risley has also served as Entrepreneur-in-residence at Bessemer Venture Partners.
Prior to his achievements in the software industry, Risley spent 10 years with European industrial companies including BTR plc (now Invensys) and Advisor to the Chairman of British Aerospace during the company's turnaround.
Risley holds a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University and completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Geordie Henderson - Co-founder and Director
Geordie Henderson is a co-founder and Director of Metalogix Software and the Product Manager for several of the company's SharePoint migration products. Geordie has been focused exclusively on delivering best-of-breed content migration products and services to Microsoft and its customers for over ten years. He has been involved in the delivery of large-scale migration projects for Fortune 500 businesses, government agencies, and enterprises around the world. An expert speaker at numerous conferences, Geordie has also delivered SharePoint migration training to customers, service providers, and Microsoft technical sales teams.
Prior to Metalogix, Geordie worked as a Technical Project Lead at Mindquake Software, a web software consulting firm. He holds a B.A. in North American Studies from McGill University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia.
Miguel Nhuch - Vice President International & Business Development
Miguel has over 20 years in software business experience, during which he participated on the management teams of three start-ups. One resulted in an IPO and two were sold to public companies. Before joining Metalogix, Miguel was VP Sales at Verix, a Business Intelligence company.
Miguel’s background also includes the positions of VP Sales and Business Development at Devicescape, the leader in easy Wi-Fi; and VP Sales and Business Development at Nominum, an IP name and address software company. Miguel has also served as VP Global Business Development at enCommerce (now Entrust Technologies), VP Business Development at Weblogic (now BEA Systems) and as VP of International and Business Development at Forte Software (now Sun Microsystems).
Miguel holds a MSc. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering and Computer Science.
Ivan O'Sullivan - Executive Vice President
Ivan O'Sullivan provides leadership and strategic direction in the development of Metalogix customer and partnership relationships. He brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise application and infrastructure sales, marketing, and business development to Metalogix.
Ivan joins Metalogix from StreamBase Systems, the leader in high-performance Complex Event Processing software for systems that analyze and act on real-time streaming data. Prior to Streambase, Ivan came from Signiant Inc, the Nortel spin-out company which is a leader in remote data management, where he was the senior vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to Signiant, Ivan was the vice president of worldwide corporate development at Clearswift, where he developed its North American operations and led worldwide business development activities.
Ivan was also the founding president for Elron Software, the leader in Internet policy management software, and founding vice president for ON Technology from its inception until after its successful IPO on NASDAQ. He holds a BA degree, honors - first class, from Thames Polytechnic (London).
Rasool Rayani - Co-founder and Director
Rasool is a co-founder and Director of Metalogix Software, focused on new business and product development initiatives. He was responsible for building the Metalogix brand and established the company as a premiere Microsoft Gold ISV partner, working closely with both the Microsoft collaboration and technical sales teams. An experienced presenter and technology evangelist, Rasool's presentation credits include Microsoft TechEd, Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference and Microsoft General Briefing.
Prior to Metalogix, Rasool worked in sales and human resources roles with Mindquake Software, a pioneering internet software consultancy. He was also a Program Manager at SHL SystemHouse, where he was responsible for delivery of Microsoft training services and programs. Rasool holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia.
Julien Sellgren - Chief Technical Officer, North America
Julien is a co-founder of Metalogix and its CTO for North America. Over the last 10 years, Julien has overseen the development of four generations of Metalogix's SharePoint technology, helping to establish the company's reputation for delivering software products for SharePoint that are easy to use, lightweight, powerful, and standards-compliant. Julien has been a featured speaker on a range of SharePoint-related technical topics at Microsoft TechEd North America and TechEd EMEA. He has consulted for Microsoft, British Petroleum, EBay, an GDAIS on their SharePoint implementations.
Prior to Metalogix, he co-founded Mindquake Software, a pioneering web software consulting company and a Point of Sales solution for the gaming industry. Julien is an expert on software development practices, SharePoint, and SQL Server as well as the fields of pattern recognition and user interface design.
Julien has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia.
Jozef Végh - Chief Technical Officer Europe
Jozef has been a leader in the software architecture business for over 10 years. He founded of a development center in Bratislava and is the author and chief architect of the Professional Archive Manager suite.
Prior to joining Metalogix, Jozef came from H&S Heilig und Schubert Software AG, where he played a central role in the company's success. As a leader of the development team, Jozef was the mastermind behind H&S's core technologies.
Jozef divides his time between managing his team of developers in Bratislava and attending events and workshops worldwide as an expert in the industry.
